Return Window
You can return any item within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund.

Delivery Time
Your order can be delivered to 5-6 days.

Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like innerwears may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@cikrate.in with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions.

3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and attach the return label.

4. Ship the package back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days & full amount will be credited.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free if the return is due to our error or a defective product. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
